It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the correct product is ordered. If the buyer does not receive the product ordered, it can only be exchanged if it has not been opened, is not damaged and is returned within 21 days of receipt. If goods are returned due to damage, it must be sent to the manufacturer for evaluation and will be repaired in accordance with their guarantee I.e. if it is found to be faulty due to a latent manufacturing defect. If this is not the case, the repair costs must be paid by the buyer before goods can be returned.
Products carry a 12 month limited guarantee against latent manufacturing defaults, excluding normal wear and tear or negligent use. Due to the nature of the products, speakers and globes cannot be guaranteed.
Arrangements will be made for goods to be collected and will usually be returned within 10 working days depending on availability of spares.
