How do I request a repair?

Do I need to bring my instrument in for an assessment?
For most instruments, yes. Piano repairs work a little differently. We arrange for our piano specialist to visit you and assess the piano on-site. A call-out fee is applicable.
Can I send my instrument with a courier for a repair?
Unfortunately, we don't accept instruments sent to us by courier for repairs. Please bring your instrument to our store so we can assess it in person.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the instrument and the repair needed. We'll give you an estimated timeframe once we've had a look at it, especially if any parts need to be ordered.
