We want you to have complete peace of mind when shopping at Harry Green Music World. Should you decide to return your purchased product, make sure it is within 7 working days after original delivery. Please note that you should send the goods back to us on your own cost, where we will have a thorough inspection afterwards.

If you did not receive the product ordered, please call us as soon as possible. We will still have the right to collect the unsolicited goods within that time. We will then arrange for collection on our cost. After inspection of goods received (in good working order and condition), a refund/replacement will be processed within 30 Days. It remains the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the correct product is ordered from the beginning and received. If the returned product is not in the same condition as originally purchased, we have the right to charge the client extra for the damage/ misuse caused. 


Products carry a 12 Month Warrantee against abnormal manufacturing defects (like electronic parts), excluding normal wear and tear or negligent use. Due to the nature of the products, speakers and globes therefore cannot be guaranteed. Should you receive a faulty product, give us a call and we will handle the matter with urgent care, either replacing the goods or refunding you. Arrangements will be made for goods to be collected and will usually be returned within 10 working days depending on availability of spares/ replacement products.

If goods are to be returned due to damage through negligent use, it must be sent to the supplier for a professional detailed evaluation. In this case you will need to fully pay a normal handling (non-refundable) fee of R500.00 upfront. A quotation will be sent to you to repair the goods where you will either accept or decline it. You will be held liable to cover all transport costs.
