Blending the benefits of round wound and flat wound strings, these "third type" strings are crafted using a high carbon steel Hex-Core and stainless steel wrap wire, finished through a precision centerless grinding process.

This 11–49 Medium gauge set offers slightly higher tension for increased volume, more resistance, and excellent tonal depth—ideal for expressive rhythm and lead playing.
