Creative Control

The RC-5’s onboard switch covers all looping essentials: record, overdub, play, stop, and undo/redo. For deeper control, connect up to two external footswitches or an expression pedal. Full MIDI I/O (TRS format) allows integration with MIDI foot controllers, DAWs, or drum machines—unlocking precise tempo sync and remote looping control for complex setups.

Groove & Rhythm Engine

With 57 preset rhythms, A/B variations, and seven drum kits, the RC-5 adds instant groove to your practice or performance. Pair these with the reverse function for creative, evolving loops that defy repetition.

Phrase Memory & Storage

Store up to 99 phrase memories, each containing your loops, rhythm selections, and tempo data. You can back up or import WAV files through USB, making the RC-5 a powerful loop management and playback hub for live gigs, rehearsals, or backing tracks.
