The Boss XS-100 Poly Shifter utilizes advanced algorithms and a high-performance DSP platform to deliver natural polyphonic pitch shifting across an eight-octave range. This workstation preserves the fundamental tonal character and attack of guitars and basses, ensuring clear response even during complex chordal passages or sustained lead tones.
The integrated expression pedal provides linear control over four octaves in either direction, complemented by a customizable toe switch and dual footswitches for fixed semitone adjustments. Connectivity includes TRS MIDI I/O, USB Type-C for updates, and a dedicated analog thru output, while 30 internal memories allow for the instant recall of user-defined pitch configurations and response curves.
