The Roland CY-16R-T is a 16-inch electronic ride cymbal from the VAD family, designed to be 40% lighter than previous V-Cymbal generations for a natural sway and stick response. It supports 2-zone or 3-zone triggering via dual 1/4-inch outputs, compatible with modern V-Drums modules for authentic bow, bell, and edge articulation.

This cymbal can be configured as a ride or crash within compatible modules, and features edge-grab choke capability for realistic acoustic cymbal behaviour. The CY-16R-T delivers a faithful translation of acoustic playing dynamics to electronic performance.
