The Sennheiser e 901 boundary condenser microphone is engineered for capturing a precise, dry kick drum tone that sits naturally in any mix. Its half-cardioid pickup pattern, optimised low-frequency response, and ultra-fast transient handling deliver a clean, defined attack even at extremely high sound pressure levels.
Built with a rugged metal housing and a slip-free rubber pad, the e 901 requires no stand and can be placed directly inside a kick drum or grand piano. The integrated preamp and gold-plated XLR connector ensure reliable, studio-grade performance on stage or in the studio.
